Home loan Process
Applying for a home loan can be a daunting and overwhelming process. We are here to provide you with guidance and support every step of the way, from start to finish, ensuring your home loan journey is smooth and stress free.

Our initial consultation with you is to get an understanding of your needs and goals. We will evaluate your financial situation and estimate your borrowing power to allow us to provide you with home loan options that align with your needs and objectives while we guide you through your decision.

2. Gathering Documentations
Once you have decided on your preferred lender and loan product, we will gather the necessary information and supporting documents together, such as personal ID, payslips or business and company financials, for us to commence with your loan application
3. Lodgement of your Loan application
On receiving all the necessary documents, your loan application will be prepared and submitted to the lender for assessment. We will keep you updated and informed on any subsequent correspondence from the lender.
4. Conditional Approval
If you have yet to find a property, your loan application will be conditionally approved by the lender at this stage. A 'conditional approval' or A 'home loan pre-approval' indicates that the lender has assessed your financial situation against its lending criteria and the size of the loan you have applied for. A formal approval will not be offered by the lender until the lender has identified and conducted a valuation on your nominated property.
5. Property Valuation
Once you have made an offer on your property, the lender will conduct a valuation on your purchase. Upon receiving a satisfactory valuation, together with any outstanding conditions being met, your loan application will be offered a formal approval or unconditional approval.
6. Issue of Loan Document
When your loan application has been unconditionally approved, the lender will send you the loan contract for you to review, sign and return to the lender for settlement to be arranged.
7. Settlement
Settlement is the final step of your home loan application process. Upon receiving your signed loan contract, the lender will certify the loan document and proceed with the advancement of the loan.
